As the school was upgraded to Sr. Secondary level by CBSE at the beginning 2009 only, classes for Science, Humanities and Commerce streams are in progress. This has proved to be a boon for the female students as the parents hailing from an orthdox background find it unsuitable to send their daughters to cities for further education. Prior to this, the female students desirous of pursuing their studies in science especially commerce were finding themselves helpless for want of a Sr. Secondary School in the vicinity having Science and Commerce Streams. Students here, may opt for Physical Education, Computer (ICT) and Music (Vocal as well as Instrumental) as additional subjects. School has a well qualified staff for all subjects.
